PARTICIPATION WAIVER REQUIRED
By participating in the G.R.I.N.D. Walk/Run, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in a potentially strenuous physical activity. I understand that participating in this event carries certain inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I hereby assume all risks associated with participating in this event and release the organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for any injury or harm that may occur as a result of my participation. I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I agree to accept all terms of the following waiver and all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the event organizers.
